Get to know your doula

Hola, my name is Natalia,

before I was a doula, I studied Psychology — trying to understand why we feel what we feel, and how the body holds onto things the mind hasn't caught up to yet.

Reiki on the other hand, found me over a decade ago, and it changed how I show up in a room: quieter, slower to fix, more willing to just sit with whatever's true for you in the moment.

I live in Huntsville and support families all across Muskoka.

I built El Nido because so many parents I've sat with told me the same thing, they are wanting: community.
