Birth & Postpartum, juntos
One doula, from the day you go into labour to the weeks after.
Some families like to know that the same person who supports them through birth will also be there when they come home. With this package, you get continuous care from someone who already knows you, your hopes and your story.
What this package includes
3 prenatal visits of at least 3 hours each, to talk through your hopes, your questions and your fears, and to prepare you and your partner
On-call support, so you can reach me as your birth approaches from 38 weeks on
Continuous support in labour and birth, at home, at the hospital or wherever you plan to give birth
Postpartum care at home, to help you rest, recover and settle in: there are three options, hourly support, 12hr support, 20hr support
Text and call access from the moment you book
Nervous system-aware care, drawing on my psychology background and Reiki training
Backup doula support, subject to availability, in case I can't attend your birth
A sneak peek: what it looks like to have me as your birth doula
In the weeks before
We sit down together, over tea or a video call, and talk about how you're feeling. We go through your hopes, your questions and the things that scare you. We practice ways to breathe and relax, and your partner learns how to help. You leave feeling a little lighter, and a lot more ready.
When labour begins
You can text or call me any time you have a question or a worry. I'm on call, so when something starts to feel different, you don't have to wonder whether to reach out.
During your birth
You text me, and we talk it through. When you feel you need me, I come to you, at home or at the hospital. I bring calm, steady presence, and a few tricks to help you cope, like a hand on your back, a change of position or a quiet reminder to breathe.
As your due date gets close
I stay with you. I help you and your partner feel included, and I help you understand what's happening, so your choices are heard by your care team. If your plans change, we adjust together, with no judgment. I don't replace your midwife or doctor, and I'm never medical care. My focus is you.
The fourth trimester
Baby is here, and now comes the part nobody talks about enough. Your body is healing, your days and nights have blurred together, and you're learning a tiny new person. This is where my postpartum care picks up, so you don't have to carry it alone.
Everything in my postpartum package is included, whichever way you choose to have it. That means the warm meals, the newborn care and rest support, the light household help, the feeding and emotional support, and someone who simply sits with you and says, "You're doing great, mama."
-
For when you want a little help here and there. Book what you need, when you need it.
-
A steady start. Enough time to feel supported through those first tender weeks.
-
The deepest rest. More time, more care, and more of you getting to breathe.
Some families know they want help once the baby is here. Others would love someone by their side before the birth, too. There's no wrong answer. Here's how to choose. Are you looking for a doula after birth only? Or for the whole journey?
Looking for hands-on help at home once baby is here? Postpartum care gives you rest, recovery support and someone to lean on in the early weeks.
After the baby arrives
Would you like to feel prepared and supported before your baby comes, and then cared for afterward? Birth Prep + Postpartum gives you time to talk through your hopes, questions and fears, then continues with care at home once you're back. You'll have the same familiar face throughout.

-
I'm on call from 38 weeks until your baby arrives. My phone is on and I'm ready to go.
-
I'll aim to arrive within 1 hour of being called. Early labour often happens at home, so I can support you by phone or text at first, and I'll join you when you're ready for me. Muskoka distances can be tricky with different seasons, so we would talk about timing in our prenatal visits.
-
I'll be on my way the moment you call, and we'll plan ahead for what to do if the baby arrives before I do, including phone support and walk you through position changes and comfort measures for you and your partner.
If it's long, I'll stay with you, helping with rest, positions, comfort, and encouragement so you and your partner feel supported the whole way.
We'll talk it all through before your due date, so nothing catches you off guard.
-
The same steady support, just in a different form. I stay with you, help you and your partner understand what's happening, and support the choices you make. Every path counts as a birth.
-
I would meet you at the hospital as well as doing text and phone support on the way there if needed.
We'll talk it through in advance so a change of plan feels calmer.
-
In the rare chance that I wouldn’t be able to attend your birth, I would be calling in my backup doula.
