I am a trained Birth and Postpartum Doula working toward full certification through DONA International. My background also includes studies in psychology, Reiki energy work, grief facilitation, doula lactation support and contemporary dance facilitation. I continue to expand my education with additional certifications in childbirth education, and trauma-informed postpartum care.

While I have not yet attended a birth in person, I have supported families through pregnancy loss, abortion, and postpartum transitions, as well as assisted parents in processing difficult birth experiences. These moments have deeply shaped my understanding of the emotional landscape surrounding birth. My approach emphasizes emotional grounding, evidence-based information, and a calm, nurturing presence. I integrate body awareness from my background in movement therapy and draw on ongoing mentorship and research within the DONA International community as I continue to grow into birth work.

I believe birth is a rite of passage—not a medical event to be managed, but a profound transformation for everyone involved. My role is to hold space for safety, comfort, and informed choice. I provide practical tools, emotional steadiness, and physical comfort measures to help parents stay connected to their instincts and each other throughout labor and beyond.

As well as, if you purchase postpartum care, I come in to assist with lactation, education and care after birth too.
