The Mother Circle
A warm, monthly space for mothers to be heard, without being fixed.
Motherhood can be beautiful, and it can also be lonely, heavy and full of things no one warned you about. The Mother Circle is a gathering where you don't have to have it figured out.
Once a month, we sit together, talk honestly and listen. There's no advice you didn't ask for, no comparing and no "right way" to be a mother. Just a circle of women who understand.
Who it's for
You're a mother at any stage.
Whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum or years into motherhood, there's a seat for you. You don't need a baby in your arms to belong. You're looking for real connection.
If you'd like to be honest about the joy, the exhaustion and everything in between, without being judged or fixed, this circle is for you. You're feeling a little alone, or a little unsure.
If you sometimes wonder whether it's just you, come and find out that it isn't. You'll be surrounded by women who understand. What to expect
A gentle theme each month, to open the conversationSpace to share, or simply listen. Both are welcomeA nervous-system-aware approach, with grounding and breathing to help you feel at easeConfidentiality. What's shared in the circle stays in the circle No judgment, ever
Imagine it's 2 a.m., the baby is finally asleep and you're wide awake with a thought you can't shake. You open the chat, and there's a message from another mom saying, "I had the same thing happen to me!."
That's what the circle chat is for. Between gatherings, it's a warm, private space to share a win, a hard moment or a funny story, and to be reminded that you're not the only one.Stay connected between circles
Coming up
Come sit with these questions
What did you inherit about mothering that you never chose?
The way your mom soothed a cry. The guilt you carry about "doing it right." The pot roast recipe. Let's unpack the family baggage, keep what we love and gently leave the rest at the door.
What if "good" motherhood isn't supposed to look effortless?
Spoiler: it never was. Messy hair, cold coffee and a tired heart are all allowed here. Come put down the cape and swap stories of what it's really like.
What would you tell a new mother instead
Imagine the warning you were given, and the advice you wish you'd heard. Let's write the new version together, the one we'd whisper to every mom who comes after us.
Your host
Hola, I'm Natalia, a birth and postpartum doula in Huntsville, serving families across Muskoka. I studied psychology and have practiced Reiki for over 10 years, so I bring a calm, grounded and nervous-system-aware presence to every circle.
I created the Mother Circle because motherhood can feel lonely, and everyone deserves a place to be honest, to laugh and to be heard. I won't be lecturing or giving advice you didn't ask for. My role is to hold the space, keep it safe and follow the conversation wherever it needs to go.
Questions You Might Have
-
Not at all. You can share as much or as little as you like, or just listen.
-
Yes, babies are welcome! Feed them, rock them or let them nap, whatever works for you. My only request is to mute your microphone during the call, so everyone can hear each other. You're welcome to unmute whenever you'd like to share.
-
Yes. What's said in the circle stays in the circle.
-
That's fine. Each gathering stands on its own, so you can join whenever it feels right.
-
The circles are held online. On the day of each gathering, I'll send every member a link to join.
Click it at the start time, find a comfy spot with a warm drink and you're in.
There's nothing to download beforehand
All you need is a computer or a phone screen, you can join the Google Meets link through there
If you'd like to listen instead of speak, that's welcome too. Just remember to mute your microphone until you'd like to share.
