Bienvenidos
I am so glad that you are here!
It is very lovely to meet you, my name is Natalia. I grew up between two cultures β a German one that taught me discipline, respect, and the value of showing up on time, and a Mexican one that filled my life with colour, lightness, and flavour. Both shaped the way I move through the world and the way I hold space for others.
I've been a dancer, a student of nature, and someone who has always been drawn to how the body heals itself. My curiosity about whole-body wellness started young and it led me through years of exploring self-regulation, energy work, and what it actually means to feel at home in yourself.
What matters most to me is connection. I've built my life around finding my people, rooting into community, and showing up for others in the moments that matter. That's what brought me to doula work and it's what I bring into every room I walk into.
My hope is that in our time together, you carry something quiet but lasting, the knowing that there is no right way to do this,
only your way.
My role is to be beside you while you discover a rhythm that feels like yours.
I believe every family deserves to move through this transition feeling supported, seen, and deeply human β not measured against someone else's version of how it should go.

What I stand behind is simple: honesty, warmth, and the kind of presence that lets you sink into the moment.
Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, you deserve someone beside you: someone calm, someone completely in your corner, as you find your own way through birth and into parenthood.
I bring a background in psychology, over a decade of body-based practices, and a deep trust in what your body already knows. I'm here to be your mirror β reflecting your strength back to you so you feel held through every part of it.
Wondering where to start?
Choosing birth and postpartum support is relational. This free consult offers a dedicated space to explore whether working together feels aligned. It is a calm, structured conversation.

A Village Around You
One of the things I want you to feel from the very start is that you are held β fully and completely. Part of that means building a care team around you that I truly trust, that's why I've partnered with someone very special: Emily Beauchamp of Growing Together Doula Services.
Emily is a certified full spectrum doula based in Bracebridge who has been walking alongside families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenting since 2017. Her experience is broad and deep; from birth and postpartum support to perinatal education, lactation and infant feeding, and pregnancy and infant loss care. She is my backup doula β meaning that in the rare event I'm unavailable, she would step in. She is also my mentor, and one of the most grounded, compassionate people I know.
Emily and I have worked closely together, from prenatal visits to births to postpartum support. I've seen firsthand the kind of steady, warm presence she brings into every part of the journey, and the way she makes families feel safe, supported, and truly cared for. I wouldn't trust just anyone to be part of your team, and Emily is someone I chose with the same care I bring to everything I do for the families I work with.
