These are warm, monthly circle for mothers to slow down and feel held. No agenda, no pressure: just honest conversation, gentle connection, and space to be heard among others walking a similar path.
This space is dedicated for you, if you are not able to get childcare, little ones are welcome.

Their shelves are full of the kind of thoughtful, non-toxic essentials I love to see in a new family's home: natural body and baby care, refillable cleaners, and organic bulk foods — and their zero-waste café is one of my favourite spots in town to slow down with a warm drink.
This summer, Sustain is the home for all of my gatherings. My Mother Circles and the Beyond the Birth Plan prenatal class are all held in their warm, welcoming space and there's something fitting about coming together to nurture new motherhood in a place built around care, simplicity, and intention.
