I am a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator-in-training, and a lifelong learner in the art of supporting families. My background in psychology, movement, and holistic care led me to birth work, where I found my calling in walking alongside parents during one of life’s most powerful transitions.

My approach blends knowledge with intuition: I bring evidence-based tools, calming presence, and genuine care to every family I support. I believe birth and postpartum are not just medical events, but deeply human experiences that deserve compassion, respect, and empowerment.

I live and work in Muskoka, where I connect families with local resources and create spaces for community care. Whether it’s preparing for birth, navigating the early days of parenthood, or finding your own rhythm as a family, I am here to help you feel supported, informed, and held.
